Reviews and Ratings
The hotel felt very outdated with dust everywhere, wobbling toilet, and a broken lift, making it in need of many repairs. Finding the room was a challenge, and there was a leak during rainy nights. However, staff knowledge of issues was impressive.
The hotel seemed to have some issues with the room, including a view of the bins, no window to open for fresh air, and noise from the evening entertainment. The room cleanliness was also lacking, with dust and damp patches. However, the location was great for work purposes, directly on the seafront, though a bit far from the town center.
The hotel's location was ideal, across the road from the beach & the promenade, but some areas like near the window were damp and the bathroom needed updating. The service was a mix of excellence, mainly with Katerina in the restaurant, but some staff members were uncommunicative and abrupt. The rooms were disappointing, as the one initially allocated was given away, and the replacement was dirty with thick dust and a filthy bathroom. The dining experience was excellent with a lovely evening meal provided. The hotel facilities were decent with slots for breakfast and bathroom amenities available.
